Shipping Policy

EFFECTIVE DATE: 12/04/2023 

A. Shipping Policy.
Products will be shipped according to the the amount of products purchased and the shipping location selected when your order is placed. All delivery dates provided by Wild Goods Inc. are rough estimates and include order processing and packing time. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Phase 1 of the our pre-sale and pre-launch start June 2023 and will be the first batch of books to go out closer to September! The books will arrive mid-to-end of August, just in time for back to school. Order two books and benefit from 10% off while you wait. Be the first to get your copy!

B. Shipping destinations.

During our launch in June 2023, we ONLY ship to anywhere within the USA. We are working on expanding to other countries. We recommend getting on our email list for other countries opening soon and checking out our shop as we do have a digital download available for global customers in other countries and hard to reach places.


C. Return Policy.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable printables

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where no refund is granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts  or pages for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at connect@wildchakrakids.com and include your order number.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect@wildchakrakids.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should send us an email to conncet@wildchakrakids.com we will email you additional instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

D. Wrong Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order.

If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at connect@wildchakrakids.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order, please email connect@wildchakrakids.com  The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

If the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping fees.
