The ancient vedic texts that were created by Hindus make reference to chakras existing inside of our energy body. They were believed to be colored circles of spinning light that communicate within our body through our entire life. When the flow of energy is blocked, we may feel dull and not well. When they are vibrant and flowing open, we may experience feeling more joy and connection with our inner and outer life.

The foods, emotions and thoughts we think affect the way these colors shine. Our book was created to help children everywhere tune into the wisdom of the chakras so that their inner rainbow can shine.

The content and exercises in the Wild Chakra Kids coloring and activity book are best for 10 years old plus. At this age, children enter more of the mental plane in their developmental years and can grasp and retain lessons and understanding better.

Sitting with your younger child and going over the book together can be a fun way to connect too at any age to plant the seeds of wisdom. This book is also great for exploring your own inner child as an adult as well!

Coloring is a scientifically proven way to get present, relieve stress, sharpen focus, and improve motor skills. Our mindful activity book adds chakra-based lessons that guide children into alignment with their universal inner powers while providing a fun way for adults, parents and children to connect and play!

Colored pencils or crayons for younger children work best. To avoid the inks leaking through to the other side it’s best not to use colored pens or markers but test all these options out yourself on the test page within the book.

Feel free to use whatever tickles your fancy on the PDF printable you print on your printer at home.

The book is produced, packed and shipped within the USA.

The first batch of books is going to arrive just before Sept so we are offering a discount for pre-sale for the first order of books to go out.

After September 2023 the shipping will take much less time and will arrive within a week of ordering.
